Balance for Busy Parents
45 - 60 minutes

In 2024, the American Psychological Association reported that 33% of parents reported high levels of stress in the past month compared to 20% of other adults—a statistic that will not feel surprising to most parents. In this speaking engagement, Jessica Faith Graham will share research-backed techniques from her education in psychotherapy, counseling, and meditation for finding more balance in the busy days. Perfect for libraries, community centers, and community events like women’s groups and Bible studies, this presentation offers real-life strategies to create more balance and peace in our days.

You Flushed WHAT Down the Toilet?: A Parent’s Guide to Dealing with Stress
20-45 minutes

The never-ending calendar of extra-curricular activities. Math homework that, if we’re honest, might just go riiight over our heads. Knowing the “terrible twos” and “teenage angst” aren’t all that confined to their age groups. Being a parent can be HARD. In this speaking engagement, Jessica Faith Graham brings real-talk humor to the realities of parenting . . . and shares practical strategies that she either was trained into, or stumbled upon, that help her not just “deal with it,” but thrive. Perfect for retreats, networking groups, and rotary clubs, this speaking engagement helps parents not just laugh about it—but learn from it.

Resilience: Building Upon Your Toolbox of Skills to get you Through Tough Times
45-60 minutes

It is resilience that has helped me see a path forward rather than staying stuck in some of my most challenging times.” -Jessica Faith Graham

In this speaking engagement, Jessica Faith Graham discusses resilience through storytelling and research, concluding with a reflective exercise. Drawing on her life experiences, her degree in psychotherapy, and her certification as a mindfulness mentor, she creates an interactive and empowering hour for participants to come together and reflect on their own toolbox of resilience and on how to build and develop skills. This can be done in person or via Zoom for both small and large groups—book clubs, retreats, conferences, lunch and learns, or even just a group of friends.
