About Jessica Graham, MA

Jessica earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School and also holds bachelor's degrees in Education and Fine Arts. She also holds a certificate in Mindfulness Mentorship from Baynan. Her background as an educator continues to shape her work with adolescents and young adults, while her training in mindfulness helps clients develop greater awareness, emotional balance, and self-kindness. Jessica integrates practical, evidence-based strategies with genuine human connection so clients leave each session with both insight and tools they can use in everyday life.

Her commitment to mental health extends beyond the therapy office. Jessica volunteers as a therapist with the Walk-In Counseling Center in Minneapolis and serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for A2D Academy, a nonprofit after-school education center in Edina. She is also the author of The Love Inside, a children's book that promotes emotional wellness and self-compassion. Through free community book readings, mindfulness workshops, podcast interviews, and magazine features, she enjoys helping make mental health conversations more accessible for children, families, and adults alike.
